Yoni mapping - release tension in your vagina

Yoni Mapping is a vaginal massage that releases tension and emotions.

It's a compass to more pleasure and enjoyment! Mapping your vagina gives you a clear picture of how your vagina is doing – the trigger points, pleasure points, numbness, tension and painful areas.

Yoni Mapping gives you a clearer understanding of how your yoni works. For those women who struggle with pain and tension in the lower abdomen, it is a relief to find that the pain is not always located throughout the vagina, but rather in a few tension points. By creating a map of your yoni, you begin to understand and release the tensions within you.

1)This is what you need: a towel, massage oil like Woo more play, pen, paper and glass rod The Serpent 1.0 , or The Serpent 2.0 .

2) Find a comfortable and private place for your yoni mapping session, such as your bed. Draw a circle the size of your palm on the paper. This circle represents your vaginal entrance. Number it like a clock from 1 o'clock all the way to 12 o'clock. The clitoris is at 12 o'clock. Lie back on the bed/sofa in a comfortable position, on top of a towel, with easy access to your yoni.

3) Begin to gently massage your yoni to relax it. You can spend anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes depending on your mood. When you feel your vagina is more relaxed and open, insert the glass wand or a finger. Gently insert about 1 cm deep.

3) Notice how your vaginal muscles tense or relax as you penetrate yourself.

4) Press your finger/glass rod into the 1 o'clock position at the vaginal entrance and take a few deep breaths. How hard should you press? On a scale of 1 to 10, press around a 5-6. It should feel like you are giving your vagina a deep tissue massage. What do you feel when you press this spot? Numbness? Pain? Pleasure? Tension? Is it a burning sharp pain or a numbing pain? Do you feel any emotions come up? What are they? Sadness? Grief? Joy? Anger? Write down your findings on the paper next to the 1 o'clock position.

5) Move the glass rod/finger to the 2 o'clock position and press into the vaginal wall. What do you feel now? Take a few breaths. Don't rush yourself. Sometimes you need 1-2 minutes of attentive listening to your body to fully feel the sensations. Record your findings.

6) Repeat clockwise until 12 o'clock, recording your findings after each point. Spend anywhere from 1-3 minutes on each point. Some knots may take longer than others. Feel for areas of tension in your pelvic muscles. They are similar to painful muscle knots in your neck or shoulders. What you will notice is that every inch of your vagina feels different. Some areas will feel completely numb. Others will hold pain and tension. Some areas will feel pleasurable while other areas will cause tingling or even orgasm.

7) You are welcome to linger longer in each spot and give it some love with gentle circular massage movements with your finger or wand. Be aware that feeling nothing is also a feeling. There may be areas of numbness in the vagina that need to be reawakened through massage.

8) Once you have mapped the entire circle at the entrance to your vagina, move the toy/finger 1-2 cm deeper and repeat the mapping of the entire circle again. You can map as far as your cervix if you wish. Be prepared for emotions to arise during this exercise. You are pressing on a sensitive part of your body. It is perfectly natural to feel emotional. If you feel like crying, allow yourself to do so. It will be a wonderful release and you will feel better afterwards.

Deep tissue massage often releases feelings that are stuck in your muscles. Be extra careful when pressing at 12 o'clock, as this is the location of your g-spot.

If you get tired during Yoni Mapping, take a break or complete the exercise another day. Once you have written down all the results, take a look at the map. Do you see any patterns? You can map your pelvis once every 2 weeks for 2-3 months to be sure of your patterns. The mapping illustrates the tension and pleasure patterns inside the vagina

Every woman's yoni mapping of the pelvis is unique!
