How to work with yoni wands

By holding a loving intention while using the yoni crystal, you will experience how your pleasure can transform and awaken you! By combining the healing vibration of the crystal , the power of sexual energy and intention, your own pleasure becomes a tool for manifestation, healing and growth.

• Set an intention in the crystal
• Find a comfortable place where you can practice undisturbed.
• Start with a warm shower, and warm the crystal in warm water.
• Run the wand over your body. Your stomach, your thighs, let the wand go where it wants to go.
• Breathe deeply and calmly, while visualizing awakening your sexual energy in your body.
• If and when you are ready, you can gently insert the wand into your yoni. Take your time at the opening, so that you feel your yoni sucking the wand in. Never push it in until you are completely ready.
• Visualize that the wand radiates the intention into your yoni and out into your entire body
• Slowly move the wand in and out of your yoni. Notice any feelings and sensations that arise.
• Gently insert the wand deep into your vagina until you reach your cervix. This is as deep as you can go. Hold it there for a moment while you breathe deeply and relax. Your breath and presence are the keys to releasing tension or numbness and awakening your pleasure. If you find any sore spots, hold the wand there for a few seconds, breathe deeply, then release. This is how you release tension.
• Continue moving the wand inside your yoni, or outside your body if you wish. Allow yourself to let the feelings and pleasure arise. Let the energy come up and move it throughout your body. Feel free to visualize the sexual energy rising upwards and out towards your heart.
• When you feel you are finished with the exercise, hold the stick to your heart, and thank it and yourself for the experience.
• Clean/wash your crystal and charge it in sunlight or moonlight.
