How to use The Serpent
When you want to release tension in the pelvic floor, and make room for more pleasure and joy, this is best done using a glass rod like The Serpent.
The glass wand is also for those of you who want to explore your G-spot and C-spot!
Cervical orgasms are transformative and healing as they release lots of good happy hormones, and these orgasms are said to release natural DMT in the body!

The wand is ergonomic and long enough to reach all points inside the vagina. Whether you have purchased version 1.0 or 2.0 , you can use both in the same way.
Here is a guide on how to use The Serpent.
Step 1 : Wash the wand in warm water and a mild pH balanced soap to ensure it is clean and hygienic before use. This also helps the glass to adjust to a warmer temperature, which feels more gentle when inserted into the vagina.
Step 2 : Create a ritual and find a comfortable place where you can practice undisturbed. Find a comfortable spot in your bedroom on your bed or sofa. Set up with pillows and blankets so you can get comfortable. Play some quiet music, or light some scented candles. It can also be nice to start with a warm shower, or a nice breast massage to get in the mood.
Step 3 : Use an organic lube. Removing tension isn't necessarily a sexual experience - although it can lead to it - using lube helps create a light and smooth feeling when using the wand.
Step 4: Start by taking some "yoni breaths." Take four deep belly breaths, expanding your belly and drawing your breath into your uterine cavity. This is a great opportunity to relax through your pelvic floor and soften your abdominal muscles.
Step 5 : Only when you feel completely relaxed, ask your yoni if she feels receptive to receiving the glass wand. If you get a "yes", place the slimmer end of the wand inside the vagina. Imagine a bell, start by pressing the wand on the upper wall (1 o'clock) and hold it there for four breaths. It is important that you do not hold your breath, but breathe well with your stomach as you go. 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock can be tender points so avoid these at first. Then work your way down from 1-5 o'clock with four breaths at each point.
Once you have completed one side, practice the same on the other side of the vagina, 11-7.
You may feel some tension or discomfort, but it is not meant to feel painful or sharp, but it is normal to feel a mild pressure sensation when pressing on areas of the vagina. After four breaths, release the wand and notice how it feels when you have removed the wand from the site. Are there any sensations that come up? Maybe a little tingling or warmth? Don't beat yourself up for any sensations or feelings that may arise, and remember to go at your own pace. You set the boundary. Anything is welcome in this safe space.
Step 6 : Allow yourself to express emotions. Breath, sound, and movement are powerful tantric ways to release stored trauma inside your body. If you feel like crying, cry. If you feel like getting angry, scream loudly. If you feel orgasmic, moan. There is no shame in releasing stored emotions trapped inside your vagina.
Step 7 : Once you have mapped the vagina internally, you may want to switch the end you are using and gently insert the end with the larger head. This can help to massage the g-spot and feel more fullness. It can also feel good to apply different pressure to the cervix. You can try tapping, circling, or pressing and holding the pressure for four breaths and then releasing. The cervix is your innermost point inside the vagina. The cervix also moves in relation to your cycle and can sometimes be difficult to find.
The cervix feels like the tip of your nose or like your lips during ovulation.
Gentle circular movements on the C-spot can lead to a cervical orgasm that will take you to new heights! But remember to take your time, breathe, and enjoy the process. Let this be a journey more than a destination. The cervix is connected to the vagus nerve, and it needs security and the feeling of complete surrender to achieve cervical orgasm. You don't get these orgasms by being in your head, you have to surrender completely and enjoy the process.
Many people experience both numbness and pain in the cervix, and it can take up to 40 minutes before you feel anything. A general rule is the longer the better. Anything from 5-40 minutes is normal before you feel anything. Pay attention to your feelings and sensations. If you get distracted, just try to come back into your body.
By practicing, you will create stronger nerve connections between your brain and cervix. So be patient, and know that practice makes perfect!
Step 8 : When you feel complete in your session with The Serpent, we recommend closing your Yoni, closing your eyes, and breathing deeply. Place your left hand over your vagina and your right hand over your heart. Thank yourself for committing to the journey of exploring your vagina. Ask your Yoni if she has anything she would like to share, such as “Thank you, let’s connect more” or “I enjoyed this time together.” It’s amazing how much wisdom and feedback our vaginas can give us when we tune in.
Step 9 : To finish, make sure you wash the wand with warm water and a mild soap. Place the wand back in the bag and store it in a safe place.
