Yoni or vaginal weightlifting provides all the benefits that a regular workout does, only much faster. Our pelvic floor muscles are just as important as any other muscle in our body, and giving them the same recognition and quality of training time helps them regain strength. A weak vagina that lacks strength doesn't have much sensation, which is why numbness is a common complaint.

Pelvic tilt is a great exercise for beginners

The first exercise is the Pelvic Swing which is a great exercise to get your sexual energy up. As you inhale you will swing your pelvis forward slightly – and as you exhale you will swing your pelvis back slightly. As you swing your pelvis in a forward-backward motion, hold the egg at all times! Inhale forward. Exhale backward. Inhale forward. Exhale backward. Squeeze and release the egg as you do so – but never release it completely, otherwise it will probably come flying out! Repeat this at least 20-30 times – or however many repetitions feel comfortable for you. Work on getting a good natural swing – the swing will make your muscles have to work a little harder.
