Terms of purchase at Yoni Goddess

Order processing and shipping

Orders received are processed quickly and continuously, normally an order will be packed the same day it is received, and shipped the following day at the latest. Order processing time is a maximum of 1 day.

Shipment is sent with Bring and costs from NOK 79.

All prices include VAT. The total cost will be made visible before ordering, the total cost includes all expenses associated with the purchase, shipping costs, packaging, etc.

Uncollected packages will be charged a fee of 300,- including VAT for uncollected shipments.

Cancellation of purchase

All purchases can be cancelled in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Cancellation Act. You are obliged to notify us of the cancellation of the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order. Contact us at post@yonigoddess.no.

Return

If you receive a product that is incorrect or has defects, you have a full right to return it as long as it is not due to damage during transport or incorrect use. Returns can be arranged by contacting us at post@yonigoddess.no.

Some of the products Yoni Goddess carries are intimate products, these cannot be returned.

Wrong address or undelivered package

It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that you have provided correct information. If you provide incorrect or omitted information, causing the post office to be unable to deliver your package, or you fail to collect the package at the delivery location so that it is returned, you may be charged a shipping and handling fee of NOK 100 if we have to resend the item.

Please contact us quickly at post@yonigoddess.no or chat (Facebook, messenger) if you know you have provided incorrect information. So that we can correct this before the order is sent.

Correct use

The customer is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the use of products purchased in our online store. We provide information about use and cleaning on our pages and are not responsible for any incorrect use and consequences of this.
